Shane started his career as a journalist, but an overseas working holiday became his first introduction to property. He excelled at Project Sales and what started as a ‘holiday job’ lasted more than a decade, as Shane quickly rose to become an industry leader. Shane turned his hand to the financial services industry where he headed a start up Division as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for Prudential Retirement Planning NZ. He managed over 200 Prudential Agents nationally and doubled PRPs turnover swiftly to become the largest generator of new Superannuation policies throughout Australasia.
Shane moved into running customer acquisition programs for Telcos and Electricity retailers and recruited, trained and managed sales teams that facilitated over half a million new customer acquisitions. He then returned to his birthplace of Queensland Australia and also to his first love, property.
